Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with: - Parcel opening video
- Clear product photographs
- Order details
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for: - Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Minor colour variations caused by screen display
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Customized or altered products
Refund Process
After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after collecting the necessary account details.
